Heya, noticed the http://goo.gl/rea8w post, and I actually think it is NOT photoshopped at all. The woman is Denise Milani, a glamour/fitness model. Took me a while to dig up the photos, but check out the following links and you’ll see three images with the same weird leg. Oh okay, I think the smallness and the angle of that ad make it look like it was.  That just leaves the “Women who can’t say no” thing as the WTF thing. o_O  Thanks for letting me know!

Denise Milani has really big breasts (probably silicone), so her waist seems slimmer.
But it is very difficult to find any picture of her that is not photoshoped.
