It’s a screenshot of “Ruined Online” (which I’m unsure if it’s still running or not) and more screenshots can be found here. For example, the assassin makes me twitch. Poor arena fighters.  They clearly don’t make a lot of money and have to make do with what scraps of cloth they can find to make battle clothing.
