Artist is Rob Liefeld, I believe.  I was actually saving that for a special occasion, because it’s my personal favourite example of Liefeld’s work, but since you submitted it, here it is.  She really looks like she’s an Imperial AT-ST walker or something.

ravenhull submitted: Not sure if this one has been posted before, but somebody did take note that she’s 9 1/2 heads tall, with 6 of that being legs… This has been posted before, but never with that heads comparison.  It’s sad my reaction is “only 9.5 heads?” xD

le-mec submitted: Argh I was a little too hasty with my submission and saw some little mistakes. Fix’d now. Another great redraw!  Love the costume change too and that you based it on an older costume. :) Edit: I missed this last night, but like others have said, an hourglass figure is possible without a corset and many people have that body type.

Well, you said something about interpretive dancing, so…

My only regret is that photoshop wouldn’t let me save it with a faster frame rate. I guess she’s slow dancing. XD
