These artists act like they’ll never draw another woman again, and they must put boobs and butt in every pose. Her thighs and hips take this weird detour then magically transition to fully-facing-us calves. Swivel waist AND plasticine leg!
Plus, she’s going to trip on her own hair.
What. The. Hell. Is. That. Ignoring the obligatory broken spine and dislocated hips, if you remove her breast and arm, then her back makes sense, but when you add in the breast and arm in profile, then it looks like she has something growing out of her back (which should also be in profile). Dear artists: Perspective. PICK ONE.
It’s not just that that’s a weird and uncomfortable action pose and I’m unsure what she’s doing, but look at her body! Artemis’ waist and ribs are going straight up, then suddenly her chest just twists down. o_O People do not bend that way!
Look at Wonder Woman’s right leg and Artemis’ left leg. Holy crap!
Wonder Woman’s leg looks like a tree trunk growing out of her side. And then the artist loses track of it when it goes behind Artemis’ leg. XD
It must be very difficult for her to buy pants.
WHAT!? I *was* going to snark about her weird nipple placement and that the artist should have drawn her whole body first before wrapping the dragon around her… then I noticed that you can see TWO butt cheeks… and then my brain blew up.
I wish we could take away that dragon and extrapolate what her body must look like!

I can’t believe after 15 years, Mike Deodato still can’t draw hips and legs.
The sad part isn’t Artemis’ unfortunate crotch leg (or the weird pineapple slice necklace). The sad part is that over a decade later, Deodato still does it.
