A) Isn’t this kind of a bad idea? Using photoshop to set a standard you might not be able to deliver?
B) I wonder if she consented to her image being used, much less being altered. I (and people I know) have had experiences of dating/sex sites using images of amateur photos without the permission of the owner.
C) “Women who can’t say no” has disturbing implications. Especially with “can’t” underlined.

(I added it into the post so you can see without having to go to the other post.)

A bunch of people have noticed this ad, so I guess I’ll do another best of Escher Girls post. :) This was submitted to me way back. And before anybody points out that the model has big boobs and gives me the original picture, it was proven by way of animated gif that this was in fact photoshopped.
Yes, even somebody who has her proportions can always afford to be thinner and have bigger boobs.
As for the ad, I’m pretty disturbed by the prospect that they’re advertising women who CAN’T say no. o_o That’s so f-ed up, especially since I think this is an ad for a Russian dating service or something of that sort. :\

I completely missed that she didn’t have a glove on her right hand, my mistake. also on the 5th picture, the red is because green+white background did not mix well.
I would guess she is jumping over the fire and tries to pose at the same time? but her hair and clothes tell different…
either way, hope it isn’t too horrible. <:)
That is a great redraw, and a great way of showing the steps using the animated gif! :)

Uh, I felt this would be an easy fix…
But I did the fix with a mouse so…
In case the gif isn’t readable, there were three possible explanations for the anatomy errors:
1-an elongated spine that can bend at a roughly 90 degree angle
2-a disembodied butt and legs is just standing behind the girl’s real legs
3-she’s a centaur.
And there were two obvious fixes, one with the girl standing upright, the other with the girl leaning forward. The overly long limbs I was willing to let slide as part of the artist’s manga style, but I could not shake the feeling that the artist broke that girl’s spine because either he/she wanted to show a panty shot but did not want to figure out how to construct the guy’s body, or he/she originally drew the girl upright but the editor/co-writer/whoever wanted to see more of an exaggerated panty shot and that extra @$$ was drawn as an afterthought.
My money’s on centaur.
