This is a blog to archive and showcase the prevalence of certain ways women are depicted in illustrated pop media, specifically how women are posed, drawn, distorted, and/or sexualized out of context, often in ridiculous, impossible or disturbing ways that sacrifice storytelling.

She’s like a boob flounder.
A net is vital if one is trying to catch the elusive boob flounder.
(Also swivel girl in the rear might want to swivel back before that tiger eats her. And is she wearing glasses!?)
That doesn’t even really look like a boobs butt pose as much as she’s a boobs and butt flounder. Both her breasts and butt looks weird and lopsided.
Her entire body looks like it’s changing into plasticine. This is what happens when the audience doesn’t clap hard enough for Tink.
These artists aren’t thinking ahead. SURE, having her boobs lean to one side is great right now, but what happens when she turns around? Then you’d see LESS boob on the other side and then the artist will be sad. :(
