Seriously, is it digging into her ribs? It looks painful.  Clever use of the breast plate to cover up WTF is going on with her ribs for her to bend like that!

Apparently from a very bad video game called “Pachinko Sexy Reaction 2” (http://www.digitalmonkeybox.com/pachinko_sexy_reaction_2.htm). Apologies in advance for any gastrointestinal upset this may cause. It must really hurt to be punched in the face by your boob so hard you break your back.
